Documents required for engraving the official seal

1. Seal engraving application form (in duplicate, stamped with official seal). 2. The original and a copy of the legal person’s ID card. 3. Original/copy of business license and one copy. 4. Seal registration card.

5. If the seal is changed, the old seal must be returned.

6. The original and a copy of the person’s ID card, and a power of attorney.

Note: 1. To apply for a special invoice seal, you need to provide the original (country/region) tax registration certificate

One copy and one copy. 2. It is best to bring the official seal.

3. Get two copies of the seal-engraving application form from the seal-engraving shop on the roadside of the Public Security Bureau. After filling it out, stamp it with the official seal. Give the prepared information to the person in the shop for processing, and just follow her (bring your business license) , the original tax registration certificate must be recovered).

4. Bring your original ID card and invoice to collect the seal the next day, but you must bring back the registration form for seal engraving.
